DTA Language Access Complaint

The attached complaint was filed by Naomi Meyer of Greater Boston Legal Services under the Department of Transitional Assistance's Language Access Plan for failure to provide language access and copied to Ron Marlow with the Office of Access and Opportunity.

The complaint is in regards to a Haitian Creole speaking, LEP individual (Ms. F) who was denied an interpreter for an appointment with a DTA case worked and needed to use a friend, who was not a trained interpreter, to communicate with DTA personnel.
