DTA Blurb 68: Collection of Race and Ethnicity Data for SNAP

FNS requires that DTA collect the ethnicity and race data of all applicants and clients. This data is reviewed to determine how effectively DTA is reaching those potentially eligible for SNAP and identifies areas where further outreach may be needed.
