DLC v. DOC -- Settlement Approval

Judge Wolf has approved the settlement in Disability Law Center v. Massachusetts Department of Correction. The complaint alleged that DOC's treatment of prisoners with serious mental illness in isolation violated the 8th Amendment and the ADA. DLC was represented by attorneys at DLC, CPR, PLS and Brngham McCutcheon and Neleson Mullins. April 12, 2012.
