Desk Guide to Non-citizen Eligibility for Child Care

The Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) agrees that Child Care Resource and Referral Centers and the providers should not deny any child based on failure to document citizenship or noncitizen eligibility and instead should refer the cases to EEC central. Naomi Meyer, GBLS, wrote the attached Desk Guide which EEC will use in its central office, and  has distributed to the CCR&Rs and providers via the attached e-mail.
