Dependents' coverage extended to older children

This Massachusetts Division of Insurance Bulletin implements a provision of the 2006 health reform law requiring carriers who offer dependent coverage to continue coverage until the earlier of the child's 26th birthday or 2 years after the child loses dependent status under federal tax rules.
