Commonwealth v. Amanda L. Fay

Unpublished Appeals Court opinion in a criminal case involving "man in the house" issues. The Appeals Court reversed a judgment against a defendant receiving child care assistance who had been found guilty of larceny based on testimony of an investigator that her partner was living with her but no evidence that his presence would have affected her eligibility for child care.
