CommonHealth, State-Funded Standard and 12-month Post-Partum EOM updates

This paper flags  Eligibility Operations Memos issued in 2022 and 2023 where MassHealth has issued an update, revision or correction and explains what changed. The updated EOMs all described expanded coverage in CommonHealth, State-funded Standard for certain non-citizens, and 12-months post-partum coverage. It was thanks to advocates like you that most of these corrections were brought to the attention of MassHealth.
