This CMS website contains information about recent public health emergency declarations which give HHS the authority to modify or waive certain provisions of Medicare and Medicaid to assist states and territories dealing with an emergency situation such as the devestation of this year's hurricane season. So far most of the guidance pertains to the Medicare program, but there is one set of FAQ related to Medicaid dated Oct 10, 2017.
