Child care referral forms procedures

Attached are the recently revised Child Care Referral notices (English and Spanish) and Field Ops Memo 2007-17 (3/26/07). Under the new procedures, vouchers may be authorized by telephone and fax, but the CCR&R will most likely require therecipient to go to the CCR&R in cases of first time child care.
