Use this resource for reflection and action, a guide toward building practices for ourselves, on our teams and across our organizations that create changes that are part of a larger movement that’s committed to liberation for all. Each manifestation of relational culture contains practices that can serve as “antidotes” to counter the dominance of the corresponding manifestations of white supremacy culture at the expense of a culture that promotes racial equity, social justice and belonging.
