BOR reversed RE decision that claimant was not eligible for benefits.  Claimant had been involved in dispute with employer regarding overtime pay. Employer demanded that she sign a form acknowledging time clock rules or leave. Claimant feared that signing the form would harm her claim for unpaid overtime.  RE denied benefits, analyzing case as a quit case.  Board reversed, analyzing case as discharge.
