The Board concluded that the claimant, who was in attendance at a full-time educational program, met the requirement of availability. There is no record indicating the claimant’s incapable of working, and the claimant was actively seeking work that the claimant was reasonably fitted. The claimant’s school took up a maximum of 10.5 hours per week during the period at issue, and therefore the claimant was available for week during the day and the nighttime hours. (holding that 10.5 hours of school per week does not preclude finding of availability)
