1115 Demo amendment comments by 16 organizations

In March 2021, MassHealth released for comment proposed amendments to the current 1115 Demonstration to among other things extend the  Medicare Savings Program higher income limits to CommonHealth members without an asset test and to extend the current period of 60 days post-partum coverage to 12-months. MLRI and 15 other organizations signed comments supporting these and other proposed amendments and urging a further amendment to retain 3-month retroactive coverage for the under 65 populatiion (now only temporarily reinstated during the public health emergency) attached.
