Field Ops Memo 2006-30: FS (NPA or PA) Application Processing Guidelines

DTA instructions to workers on how to process FS applications including screening an applicant for expedited, when the applicant must be contacted for an interview, time frames for sending out the notice of an interview. Instructions also state that an SSN that is validated through the SVES system is considered verification of identity and no other verification must be required for expedited FS purposes.
